Job Description
We’re looking for an engaged and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor who loves helping people and has enough accuracy to design and improve processes. The Customer Support at Farabord D. I. plays a vital role in the company’s success, and Job’s main responsibilities will be: – monitoring and supervising agents who respond to our users via email or phone – developing insightful performance reports and suggesting improvement opportunities – managing unsatisfied users as a 2nd layer agent via email or phone – participating in Customer-Caring plans to follow-up the customers whose expectation was not met – Facilitating Users-Company Relation for the purpose of requests fulfillment and incidents retrieving ASAP
Requirements
– Minimum of 3 years related work experience – University degree in IT, Computer or related – Network+ – CCNA – Excellent interpersonal skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Good command in English – Ability to multitask and perform in a stressful environment – Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and interested in knowledge upgrading – Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities in a high pressure environment – Ability to communicate with all levels – A strong commitment to exceptionally high standards in the work environment
